If you're raising a neurodivergent kid, you know what nobody sees: the appointments, the advocating, the scanning the room before you walk in, the grief that sits right next to how much you love them.
Held & Whole is a seven-week in-person group for mothers raising neurodivergent children. No behavior plans. No strategies to take home and implement. Seven weeks that are about you — who you are underneath the role, what your body is carrying, the sorrow you've never said out loud, and permission to want things for yourself again.
Eight women. One room. Someone finally asking how you're doing.

Time: 6:00 – 7:30pm
Where: The Bloom Room, 324 Avenida de la Estrella, San Clemente
Cost: $35 — includes group and light refreshments
Space is limited to keep the group small and cozy
Divorce hits different — and you weren't meant to go through it alone. Come with your questions, worries, grief, and laughs — or just come to breathe and be. There's never pressure to share.
