What we offer at The Bloom Room

  • Cluster of white and cream-colored flowers with multiple petals, some with darker centers, growing on green foliage in sunlight.

    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to feel heard, supported, and understood—whether you're a teen, adult, or somewhere in between. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling heavy or stuck and work toward clarity, growth, and more meaningful connection in your life. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone.

  • Light-colored flowers on thin stems against a plain, soft background.

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down and truly hear one another—without blame, pressure, or judgment. Whether you're feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns, or healing from a rupture, we help you navigate challenges with more clarity, empathy, and intention. Together, we’ll work toward rebuilding trust, deepening connection, and creating a relationship that feels safe and supportive for you both.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy creates space for everyone to feel seen and heard while working through conflict, communication struggles, or major life transitions. We help families strengthen connection, build understanding, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, teen dynamics, or lingering tension, we’ll work together to create more harmony at home.

  • Group Therapy

There's a particular kind of healing that only happens alongside others who get it. Our groups and gatherings — which cover a wide array of special topics, themes, and phases of life — offer connection, shared wisdom, and true, lasting healing through the fellowship, support, and accountability that can only be found in group therapy. Groups are small by design, so there's always room to be seen without the overwhelm or pressure to perform.

  • EMDR Intensives

When weekly sessions feel too spread out, EMDR intensives offer extended, focused time — typically 90 minutes to three hours — for deeper processing than a traditional appointment allows. Intensives are a good fit when there's a specific memory, loss, or life transition you're ready to move through more intentionally, or when your schedule makes weekly therapy difficult. Offered in person at The Bloom Room by Jennie Denney, AMFT, with every treatment plan tailored to your pace and readiness. Jennie also partners with treatment programs and treatment teams to provide EMDR Intensives to clients in need of focused, efficient trauma processing as part of their treatment plan.

  • Clinical Supervision & Professional Community

The Bloom Room is a home for clinicians, not just clients. We provide clinical supervision and employment for associate therapists, run case consultation groups for clinicians at every stage of practice — from early-career to seasoned depth work — and gather the local therapist community at our Shrink Social events. Whether you're growing your skills, your practice, or your circle, you'll find mentorship, real connection, and a trusted referral community here.

A space that feels like an exhale.

Between work, family, and the endless to-do list, it’s rare to have a moment that’s just for you. Coming to therapy can feel like taking a deep breath—the kind where your shoulders finally drop. Our sessions give you time to process, reset, and step back into life with a little more clarity and ease.
